Terms & Conditions

SERVICES • Matur Buffet will provide food & beverages (buffet including appetizers/small bites, main courses, sides, desserts, and non-alcoholic drinks such as coffee, tea, juices) for the guaranteed number of guests. • All setup requests must be confirmed at least five (5) days prior to the event. Any last-minute or unconfirmed setup requests (e.g., backdrop, presentation, photobooth, hosts) will incur an additional charge of ₱5,000/item. • Clients are provided with servers to assist in set up of venue, replenish food and beverages as needed, and clear used plates and utensils during and after meals. DEPOSIT • Client is required to pay a deposit of ₱10,000 upon signing this Agreement. • Deposit is refundable if Client cancels no later than 30 days prior to the Event for weekday events (Monday – Thursday) and no later than 42 days prior to the Event for weekend events (Friday – Sunday). VENUE USAGE & OVERTIME • The Client agrees to use the event space strictly within the contracted hours stated in this Agreement. • Any extension beyond the agreed event time will be charged at a rate of ₱1,000 per hour. • An extension of 30 minutes or more will be considered as one (1) full hour. • Additional hours are subject to approval and availability of the venue. GUESTS • Client agrees to provide Caterer with a general estimate of anticipated number of guests upon booking. This number may only fluctuate up to 100pax in total, when final numbers are provided seven days prior to Event. • Matur Restaurant reserves the right to bill at the higher number if the estimated guest count is higher than anticipated on the Event Day to recoup food and labor costs. • Client shall provide breakdown of guest list into adults, children, senior and PWD. • Client shall provide any food allergies or special dietary request, if applicable with final guarantee, five (5) days prior. CANCELLATION POLICY Clients may cancel their event and receive a full refund of their deposit under the following conditions: - • Weekday Events (Monday – Thursday): Cancellations must be made no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. • Weekend Events (Friday – Sunday): Cancellations must be made no later than 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. The client must notify the company in writing via email or other agreed methods to process a cancellation request.
